CANCELATION POLICY: Grace period of 24 hours after booking to cancel for full refund. After that cancelations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund. Under 30 days in advance 50% refund, and under 10 days in advance no refund.

We do not offer refunds for last minute cancelations or inclement weather, please purchase trip insurance!

No smoking of any kind inside the home.

Please do not leave food or trash outside as it will attract animals. Be aware that bears live in the Smoky Mountains. Do not feed or approach bears!

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the home.
